RE-HIRE FOR SKILLED WORKERS

Generally, companies / establishments requiring Filipino workers may hire through partnership with a legitimate and DMW licensed and accredited Philippine Recruitment Agencies (PRA).

Hiring Filipino workers may be categorized to the following:

  • Hiring Skilled Workers through DMW Licensed PRA (Agency Hire)
  • Hiring Domestic Workers through Accredited Tadbeer Service Centers and DMW Licensed PRA
  • Direct/Name Hire and Re-hire, subject to the exemptions as provided by the DMW Rules and Regulations

In addition to the listed requirements, employers/principals are also now required to submit a Contingency and Evacuation Plan

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR RE- HIRING OF SKILLED WORKERS FROM THE PHILIPPINES 

  • ALL DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN TWO SETS. Please arrange the documents according to their order in the list.
  • For REPRESENTATIVES, appropriate authorization letter and EID copy will be required.
  • Incomplete documents will not be accepted.
