REGISTRATION ON THE DMW PORTAL FOR OEC ISSUANCE
Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) are advised to register on the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) E-Registration Portal at https://portal.dmw.gov.ph to facilitate OEC issuance.
New, without existing account
For those without an existing account, please proceed to register on the DMW portal. Kindly refer to Tab A. How to register on the DMW portal.
With existing account
Workers who already have an active E-Registration account from https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph are advised not to create a new account as you may simply log on to the DMW portal using your registered email address.
With existing account but forgot the password
Workers with existing accounts but who have forgotten their password may opt for recovery of account through email. Please refer to Tab B. How to recover account in DMW portal (via email).
