Generally, companies / establishments requiring Filipino workers may hire through partnership with a legitimate and DMW licensed and accredited Philippine Recruitment Agencies (PRA).
Hiring Filipino workers may be categorized to the following:
- Hiring Skilled Workers through DMW Licensed PRA (Agency Hire)
- Hiring Domestic Workers through Accredited Tadbeer Service Centers and DMW Licensed PRA
- Direct/Name Hire and Re-hire, subject to the exemptions as provided by the DMW Rules and Regulations
In addition to the listed requirements, employers/principals are also now required to submit a Contingency and Evacuation Plan

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- For On-Demand Labour Supply Companies (Foreign Placement Agency):
- Service Agreement/Contract with a Client Company (where the hired workers will be assigned/deployed to work) – must indicate Total Number of Manpower Requested, Contract Duration, other Terms and Conditions of the Contract
- Manpower Request of the Client Company to the Foreign Placement Agency
- Business/Trade License of the Client Company
- A document duly signed by both the Client Company and the Foreign Placement Agency confirming the following:
- Who will issue/sponsor the visa of the workers?
- Who will shoulder the plane fare of the workers?
- Who shall provide for the accommodation, food and transportation of the workers?
- For Staffing Companies hiring CLEANERS (and other related occupations):
- Service Agreement/Contract with a Client Company (where the hired workers will be assigned/deployed to work) – must indicate Total Number of Manpower Requested, Contract Duration, other Terms and Conditions of the Contract
- Manpower Request of the Client Company to the Foreign Placement Agency
- Business/Trade License of the Client Company
- For Companies hiring DRIVERS:
