AGENCY HIRE INFORMATION

Generally, companies / establishments requiring Filipino workers may hire through partnership with a legitimate and DMW licensed and accredited Philippine Recruitment Agencies (PRA).

Hiring Filipino workers may be categorized to the following:

  • Hiring Skilled Workers through DMW Licensed PRA (Agency Hire)
  • Hiring Domestic Workers through Accredited Tadbeer Service Centers and DMW Licensed PRA
  • Direct/Name Hire and Re-hire, subject to the exemptions as provided by the DMW Rules and Regulations

In addition to the listed requirements, employers/principals are also now required to submit a Contingency and Evacuation Plan

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR AGENCY HIRE (JOB ORDER)

  • ALL DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN TWO SETS. Please arrange the documents according to their order in the list.
  • For representatives, appropriate authorization letter and EID copy will be required.
  • Incomplete documents will not be accepted.

Pursuant to the guidelines issued by MWO Dubai on the verification and accreditation of Job Orders and other similar transactions, ONLY the following individuals are allowed to submit, follow-up, collect and pay the documents approved for release by this office:

ONLY THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS ARE ALLOWED TO SUBMIT / FOLLOW-UP / COLLECT & PAY FOR APPROVED DOCUMENTS RELEASED BY MWO-DUBAI

  • TRANSACTION
    • JOB ORDERS
      • Individuals employed by the hiring company – must show proof of employment (visa, Company ID, and other related documents
      • For the Philippine Recruitment Agency (PRA) – POEA issued Liaison Officer/PRA Officer accreditation.
    • DIRECT HIRE / NAME HIRE / REHIRE
      • Individuals employed by the hiring company – must show proof of employment (Visa, Company ID and other related documents)
      • For individuals/entities/government instrumentalities qualified for direct hiring of Filipino workers, pursuant to POEA Memorandum Circular No. 08-2018:
        • Special Power of Attorney (SPA) from the employer
        • Proof of employment with the concerned government instrumentality
