𝟏𝟎 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐨! 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐨 – 𝐎𝐅𝐖 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐬𝐲𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧

𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐬, 𝐦𝐠𝐚 𝐤𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧! 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭 𝐧𝐚 𝐎𝐅𝐖 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐬𝐲𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐃𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐢, 𝐔𝐀𝐄.

The Bagong Bayani ng Mundo – OFW Serbisyo Caravan is a flagship outreach program of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) which reaffirms the Philippine Government’s commitment to protect and promote the rights and welfare of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families. Due to distance government services. The Caravan serves as a one-stop shop designed to re-introduce participating agencies’ various programs and services, deliver information sessions and offer support channels for OFWs and their families.

The Dubai leg of the Caravan brings together PhilHealth, PSA, PAO, DSWD, DTI-PTIC Dubai, Pag-IBIG Fund, SSS, OWWA, PCG Dubai and MWO Dubai.

The Caravan officially takes place on 03 August 2025 at the Exhibition Hall 8, Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC), with a pre-Caravan services scheduled on 28-30 July 2025 at the Migrant Workers Office in Dubai.

As kick-off to the Caravan, the following 10 days will feature a participating government agency.

To start off, the Philippine National Health Insurance Corporation of PhilHealth will hold its services in advance for three(3) days from 28-30 July 2025 at the Migrant Workers Office – Dubai. Their services include:

– Member registration
– Record updating or amendment
– Receiving of claims documents
– Issuance of PhilHealth IDs and Member Data Records (MDRs)

A pre-registration is required, while walk-in clients with one day before flights can also avail of the services, without prior registration:
