Following the successful conduct of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / The Commission) Foreign Mobile Services (FMS) in Cambodia, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Thailand, Japan, Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Taiwan, the Commission continues to strengthen its commitment to providing accessible and responsive services to Filipino professionals and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), or Bagong Bayani, wherever they may be.

In line with this commitment, the PRC will conduct its FMS in Dubai on the following 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬:

This requirement is issued pursuant to MWO Advisory No. 22-2026, wherein no transaction will be processed without prior registration.
