Following the announcement of the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai, please be informed that the Migrant Workers Office – Dubai and Northern Emirates (MWO-Dubai) will be CLOSED to the public on the following dates:

• 12 June 2026 (Friday) – Philippine Independence Day
• 15 June 2026 (Monday) – Islamic New Year

Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) requiring emergency assistance may contact the MWO-Dubai Assistance to Nationals (ATN) section or OWWA-Dubai through the following:

Balik-Manggagawa OFWs who require employment contract verification may have their contracts verified through any of the following options:

1. Online contract verification at dataflowgroup.com
2. VFS Global business center appointment at:

services.vfsglobal.com/are/en/ofw/apply-contract-verification

1. Walk-in at MWO-Dubai on 9,10 or 11 (07:30 AM to 03:00 PM) (for those with flights on 10 to 16 June 2026)
2. Through an authorized representative. Workers who are already in the Philippines and were unable to have their documents verified prior to their vacation may authorize a representative to submit the required documents to MWO-Dubai on their behalf. Authorized representatives may visit MWO-Dubai up to five (5) days before the worker’s scheduled return flight to the UAE or up to three (3) days before the worker’s OEC appointment in the Philippines.
