In view of the forthcoming transition of the Migrant Workers Office – Dubai and Northern Emirates’ (MWO-Dubai’s) online submission system to a full online contract verification system, Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) with previously approved employment contracts submitted through the MWO-Dubai’s online submission system and who have yet to collect their documents are hereby advised to collect their approved employment contracts on the dates specified below:

Concerned OFWs are likewise reminded to bring original and/or copy of their passport and/or Emirates ID when collecting documents. Those unable to personally visit MWO-Dubai on the abovementioned dates may send a representative to pay for and claim the documents on their behalf. Authorized representatives must present the following: a) Authorization letter from the worker using this template: https://bit.ly/AuthorizationAndWaiver; b) Copy of the representative’s passport/Emirates ID; c) Copy of the worker’s passport/Emirates ID; and d) Copy of the evaluation notice on the approval of the worker’s application.
Please note that submissions from earlier online submission forms are no longer available. Likewise, requests for collection of documents after the final collection dates indicated above will no longer be entertained.
