This is to advise the public that the pre-registration for the Migrant Workers Office – Dubai and Northern Emirates (MWO-Dubai’s) services (i.e., contract verification, OWWA, SSS, Pag-IBIG membership) in the Bagong Bayani ng Mundo: OFW Serbisyo Caravan, Leg 2, Dubai, at Halls 1-3, Dubai World Trade Center, Dubai, United Arab Emirates is now closed as the limit for the event has been reached. Those who successfully pre-registered for the OFW Serbisyo Caravan will receive an electronic mail confirmation with complete instructions on or before 12 November 2025, 11:59 P.M.

OFWs who want to avail of MWO-Dubai regular services may be guided by the following:
- CONTRACT VERIFICATION
Those who wish to have their employment contracts verified still have the following options:
- Walk-in. Workers with confirmed flight dates falling on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday may visit MWO-Dubai one working day before their flight. For those with flight dates falling on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, they may visit on the nearest Thursday, Friday, or one working day before their flight.
- Online contract verification. Workers may submit their documents, pay the verification fee, and download their verified employment contract online using this link: dataflowgroup.com/. For more information on this system, please visit this link: mwodubai.org/online-contract-verification/
- Through authorized representative. Workers who are already in the Philippines but were unable to have their employment contracts verified before going home have the option to authorize a representative who may visit MWO-Dubai to submit their contract verification application five (5) days before the worker’s flight back to the UAE or three (3) days before the worker’s OEC appointment in the Philippines
- OWWA MEMBERSHIP/RENEWAL/ECARD
Workers who are simply renewing their OWWA membership and are still working with the same employer registered with OWWA may visit OWWA-Dubai on any working day without the need for prior appointment. Those who wish to apply for OWWA E-card may pre-register at: dubaiecard.owwa.gov.ph/
