MWO Dubai would like to inform the public that the Commission of Higher Education (CHED) is conducting a demand survey among migrant workers in the United Arab Emirates regarding the 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐄𝐀𝐏. This initiative is part of the Memorandum of Understanding formalized by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and CHED on access to higher education opportunities for OFW’s.

The survey aims to determine the number of OFWs who are interested in the program, years of experience, and the kind of degree program that is equivalent to their experiences. The result of this survey will serve as basis in requesting ETEEAP-deputized Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) that will conduct assessment and evaluation of their portfolios and for possible acceptance in their respective degree program.
