𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 : 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟎𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai and Northern Emirates informs that authorities in the United Arab Emirates announced that individuals affected by the temporary closure of the airspace will be exempt from financial penalties effective 𝟮𝟴 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The exemption covers the following categories:

• 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀 who have exceeded the specified departure period;
• 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀 who were unable to depart the country after
the cancellation; and
• 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀 whose authorized period of stay in the country has already expired.
