Stranded workers due to flight disruptions resulting from the temporary closure of airspace have been provided with essential assistance, including transportation, financial support, accommodation, and airport facilitation. Meanwhile, OFWs with medical conditions have received welfare checks and necessary facilitation to ensure their well-being.

The MWO reiterates the earlier advisory of the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai, urging OFWs to remain calm, stay sheltered in their homes, and rely only on official government advisories for accurate information.

The UAE Team, operating under the One Country Team Approach (OCTA), remains steadfast in its commitment to assist and protect Filipino nationals amid the ongoing situation in the UAE.
