In relation to the conduct of the Bagong Bayani ng Mundo-Serbisyo Caravan Leg 3 to be held on 10-11 January 2026 at the Conrad Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE, the Land Tran Transportation Office (LTO) will be accepting requests (exclusively from Filipino citizens residing or working in the United Arab Emirates) for renewal of Driver’s License along with revision of records, address and marital status, as follows:

Payment of LTO Fees can be made through Gcash, Visa Debit or Mastercard via portal.lto.gov.ph account.
Kindly note that Driver’s Licenses that have been expired for more than two (2) years may still be renewed through the services of LTO during the Caravan, provided that they were originally issued between 2016 and 2023.
