POLO Advisory
Based on IATF Resolution Nos. 144-A and 144-B, Series of 2021, dated 14 October 2021, the following testing and quarantine protocols shall be observed regarding travel to the Philippines:
FROM GREEN LIST COUNTRIES |

For fully-vaccinated Filipinos |
May choose between:a. Facility-based quarantine until the release of a negative RT-PCR test taken in the quarantine facility upon arrival |
b. No facility-based quarantine provided the individual presents a negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours before departure from country of origin but to self-monitor until the 14th day |

For unvaccinated, partially vaccinated or Filipinos whose status cannot be validated and those vaccinated but failed to comply with the test-before-travel requirements |
Must observe:a. Facility-based quarantine until the release of a negative RT-PCR test taken on the 5th day and self-monitor until the 14th dayb. Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated minor children travelling with fully vaccinated parents/guardians shall accompany the former until the full-term of the facility-based quarantine |
FROM YELLOW LIST COUNTRIES |

For fully-vaccinated Filipinos |
Must observe facility-based quarantine until the release of a negative RT-PCR test taken on the 5th day and self-monitor until the 10th day. |
For unvaccinated, partially vaccinated or Filipinos whose status cannot be validated |
Must observe facility-based quarantine until the release of a negative RT-PCR test taken on the 7th day and home quarantine until the 14th day. |
VALIDATION OF VACCINATION STATUS |

For OFWs and their spouse, parent/s and/or children travelling with them vaccinated in the Philippines or abroad |
Must present any of the following:· VaxCertPH digital vaccination certificate;· Bureau of Quarantine/World Health Organization-issued International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICV);· National/state digital certificate of the foreign government where they were vaccinated.Validation of vaccination status by POLO is no longer required. |
UAE is currently classified as a Yellow List country. |
