POLO Dubai will conduct a pilot test of an Online Submission System for contract verification that will supplement the existing appointment system. As this system is on development stage, the pilot test will only cover a limited number of applicants.
General Information
Coverage | OFWs, with valid employment visa issued by either Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, or Fujairah; and with confirmed flight falling on a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday as indicated on the particular form. |
Limitation | Each online submission form is limited to 300 slots only and are allotted to those who meet the criteria.
Clients will still be required to appear personally at POLO Dubai for payment of the verification fee and to claim the verified contract. |
Process | 1. Answer the form and upload the required documents online on the link provided.
The link shall only be active until it reaches the limit of 300 applicants or 48hours, whichever comes first. 2. Wait for the email notification from POLO Dubai. If your application is approved, you will be given a schedule to appear at POLO. If your application is disapproved, you will receive instructions how to correct it. When an application is disapproved, there is no other option but to appear at POLO on the nearest working day before your flight, except for those disapproved due to visa location and type. 3. Present the email confirmation (for approved applicants) to enter POLO Dubai for payment and releasing of documents. For those with disapproved applications, except those rejected due to visa location and type, they will only be entertained on the nearest working day before their flight. |
Clarifications | 1. The online submission system is only supplementary to our present appointment system and aims to lessen the number of applicants every Friday. This will not replace the current systems.
2. All with existing appointment shall come on their designated time and date. 3. All with flights falling on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday shall still visit POLO Dubai a day before their flights and upon presentation of a valid confirmed ticket, upon the lifting of the temporary and partial suspension under Advisory No. 22-2022. |
