Further to POLO Advisory No. 20 – 2022 and due to the limited number of uninfected personnel, POLO Dubai has requested the POEA to accommodate and allow affected OFWs who failed to get their contracts verified onsite to be issued an OEC, pursuant to the provisions of POEA Memorandum Circular No. 23, series of 2021.
We wish to reiterate that this POEA Memorandum Circular is an option for OFWs affected by the temporary suspension of POLO Services and by the limited number of staff during the period of isolation and quarantine of those infected by Covid-19.
