POEA Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2021 (MC 6-2021): Guidelines on the Resumption of the Deployment of Domestic Workers to the United Arab Emirates

Following the Memorandum of Understanding on Labour Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and Government of the United Arab Emirates including the Protocol on Domestic Workers annexed to the MOU and primarily based on the agreement on the 3rd Philippine-United Arab Emirates Joint Committee Meeting held last 1-2 March 2021, MC No. 6, Series of 2021 is issued to govern the resumption of deployment of domestic workers to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
