DISAPPROVE ONLINE CONTRCT VERIFICATION

REASONS FOR DISAPPROVED APPLICATIONS

Below are the reasons for MWO Dubai to disapprove an application. Kindly read to ensure that you are submitting the correct and complete requirements.

(UPDATED) BAKIT NA-DISAPPROVE AND ONLINE APPLICATION KO FOR CONTRACT VERIFICATION? // REASONS FOR DISAPPROVING AN ONLINE APPLICATION FOR CONTRACT VERIFICATION

REASONS FOR DISAPPROVED APPLICATIONS: Below are the reasons for MWO Dubai to disapprove an application. Kindly read to ensure that you are submitting the correct and complete requirements.

(Ito ang mga dahilan para ma-disapprove ang isang application. Basahin maigi upang makasiguro na tama at kumpleto ang iyong dokumento.)

 

1. You do not have a valid employment visa issued by either Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, or Fujairah. Also, if you have a Spouse / Partner / Investor / Freelance / Student visa, or Al Ain/Abu Dhabi-issued visa or combination of both, MWO Dubai will automatically disapprove your application.

  • Ang visa mo ay hindi employment visa (tourist/visit, freelance, partner, investor, dependent, spouse, student, etc.
  • Ang visa mo ay issued ng Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.

 

2. You uploaded an expired visa / passport.

  • Ang visa mo ay expired / paso na.

 

3. You uploaded fake / tampered / fraudulent / falsified documents.

(Mayroong peke / dinoktor na dokumento na inupload.)

 

4. You submitted an application more than once/multiple times  using the same form. While it is allowed to re-apply using the next available form, multiple submissions using the same form is now allowed. If found during the review that you have submitted an application more than once/multiple times, it will result to disapproval.

(Mahigpit pong ipinapatupad na isang application lang po per tao sa bawat online form. Kung makita po during review at evaluation na nag-apply po ng higit sa isang beses ang isang applikante, ang kanyang application po ay maaring ma-disapprove.)

 

5. You uploaded incomplete requirements / documents.  

(Kulang ang iyong na-upload na requirements / documents)

  • You did not upload a valid employment contract (Expired / walang na-upload na contract)
  • The uploaded contract has missing page/s (Hindi kumpleto ang pahina)
  • You did not upload a clear and valid passport copy (Expired / walang na-upload)
  • You did not upload copy of clear and valid visa stamped on your passport (Expired / Walang na-upload)
  • You did not upload the full Emirates ID (front & back page where your designation and name of sponsor is indicated is required.) (Note: If your EID is issued before April 11, 2022, a copy of valid visa stamped n your passport is required.)
  • The uploaded Emirates ID (old/green card) is not accepted as additional proof of employment as it does not have your Position/Designation and the Sponsor’s name (new/pink card). (Hindi po tinatanggap bilang additional proof of employment ang EID kung hindi po nakasulat ang inyong position at sponsor/company. Ito po yung lumang style ng EID na kulay green.)
  • You did not upload Any Additional Proof of Employment (Requirement #4).
  • The uploaded additional proof of employment is expired. Certificate of Employment / Salary Certificate must be issued within 30 days from the time of application.

 

6. The basic salary indicated in your employment contract is less than 1,500dhs. The contract needs to be amended to reflect a basic salary of at least 1,500dhs.

(Kailangang ang Basic Salary mo ayhindibababasa minimum na 1,500dhs ayonsaDMW. Iba ang Basic Salary sa Monthly Gross Wage. Kahit pa higit 1,500dhs ang Monthly Gross Wage mopero mas mababasa 1,500dhs ang Basic Salary, kailanganmonaipaayos ang kontrata.)

 

7. COMPANY EXPLANATION LETTER with signature and stamp of your company explaining why the position/designation on your contract / visa / other documents does not match.Your position / designation on all your documents must match/be the same and any discrepancy shall be explained through an official company letter.

(Kung magkaiba ang position/designation mosakontrata, visa, emirates ID, o saiba pang proof of employment, kailanganmonitoupangmapaliwanagbakitmagkakaiba ang position/designation mo.)

8. PROOF OF COMPANIES’ RELATIONSHIP if the name of your company on contract, visa, and/or additional proof of employment does not match. Proof such as copy of old and new trade licenses with same license number, or memorandum of incorporation, or change of name, or explanation letter form the company may be accepted. 

(Kung magkaiba ang pangalan ng company mosakontrata, visa, emirates ID, or ibang employment documents, kailanganmonitopramapaliwanagano ang koneksyon ng mgakumpanyanaito. Pwede ang kopya ng trade license na luma at bago, memorandum, o letter of explanation.)

  • PROOF THAT WORK ASSIGNMENT IS WITHIN MWO DUBAI JURISDICTION if you are a worker with an Abu Dhabi / Al Ain visa: such as company ID/ pay slip indicating the branch/work assignment, Notice/Memo on work assignment / Company letter with signature & stamp of the company.

 (Kung ikaw ay mayroong Abu Dhabi / Al Ain visa ngunitnaka-assign saalinmang Emirate nakasalisa MWO Dubai jurisdiction, kailangan mong mag-upload ng kahitanongkatunayangayanang: company ID/pay slip nanakasulat kung saan ang iyong work assignment / Notice of work assignment / Company letter na may pirma at stamp ng iyongkumpanya.)

 

9.Insufficient requirement – You did not submit an accomplished one-page standard seafarer contract (form template is downloadable at our website)

FOR DOMESTIC WORKERS // PARA SA MGA KASAMABAHAY.

Eto mga maaring dahilan para ma-disapprove dahil sa mga problema kontrata mo:

  • Expired contract. Ang kontrata ay valid lamang ng 1 or 2 years. Sa bawat renewal ng iyong visa, mayroon yang kasama na renewed contract. Makakakuha ka ng kopya nito sa alinmang Tadbeer Center.
  • Kulang ang pages/articles ng kontrata. Ang iyong kontrata ay may unang pahina kung saan nakasulat ang pangalan mo at ng iyong sponsor. Ito ay susundan ng PREAMBLE, ARTICLE 1 hanggang Article 8 kung saan dapat may pirma mo at ng sponsor.
  • Ang BASIC SALARY NA NAKASULAT AY ZERO DIRHAMS O MAS MABABA KAYSA 1,500DIRHAMS. Ang Basic Salary ay DAPAT HINDI MAS MABABA KAYSA SA 1,500DHS. Kung ang nakasulat sa kontrata mo ay zero dirhams, ipaalam ito sa iyong sponsor para mapa-update nya ito sa pinakamalapit na Tadbeer Center. Paalala na ang BASIC SALARY AY IBA SA MONTHLY GROSS WAGE.
  • Walang attached na ADDENDUM TO THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT. Ang Addendum to the Employment Contract ay required. Ito ay dapat pirmado ninyong dalawa.
  • Kung ang visa mo ay Abu Dhabi / Al Ain ngunit ang sponsor ay nakatira sa Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman / Umm Al Quwain / Ras Al Khaimah / Fujairah, kailangan mong mag-upload ng katunayan gaya ng Lease Agreement / Any proof kung saan nakasulat ang address ng sponsor.

As an OFW, it is your responsibility to read your contract prior to submission. If you see that you need either of these additional requirements, please secure them in time for your online submission and/or personal appearance at MWO Dubai to avoid further delays.

(Bilang OFW, responsibilidad mo na basahin ang iyong kontrata bago ito i-submit sa MWO Dubai. Kung nakita mo na kinakailangan mo alinman sa additional requirements na ito, mag-request ka na agad sa iyong kumpanya para ito ay maisama mo sa online submission o para madala mo ito sa personal appearance mo sa MWO Dubai, at maiwasan ang pabalik-balik dahil sa kulang at maling dokumento.)

 

SUBMISSION OF FAKE / TAMPERED / FRAUDULENT / FALSE INFORMATION IS A GROUND FOR FILING A DISCIPLINARY ACTION CASE AGAINST THE WORKER THAT COULD RESULT IN THE SUSPENSION OR DISQUALIFICATION IN THE OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE POEA RULES.
