MWO Advisory No. 16 Series of 2024: Illegal Nature of Gambling in UAE
MWO Dubai wishes to remind the public that gambling is a prohibited act in the United Arab Emirates. Gambling, as defined under Article 460 of Federal Law by Decree No. 31 of 2021, refers to a game whereby each of the parties agrees, in case of losing, to pay the winner a certain sum of money or any other thing agreed upon.
